Agent Simulator is a free browser-based demo that turns sample lifecycle events from coding assistants into five visual work states: idle, thinking, working, needs input, and reviewing. It helps developers understand a shared status model before connecting any live tool.

Is Agent Simulator connected to my coding tool?
No. The current version is a browser-only simulation. It does not connect to Codex, Claude Code, Google Antigravity, or VS Code and does not read their sessions.
Which coding assistants are represented?
The demo includes sample event mappings for Codex, Claude Code, Google Antigravity, and VS Code. Each tool's event names are normalized into the same five visual states.
What data does the demo read or send?
The demo uses generated sample events inside the browser. It does not read prompts, source files, credentials, or tool-session content, and it requires no account.
What do the five states mean?
Idle means ready for a request; thinking means organizing context; working means using tools; needs input means waiting for approval or information; reviewing means checking the result.
